Konica Minolta Business Solutions has announced the recipient of the Brand Keys’ Customer Loyalty Award for the ninth consecutive year.
This was the 21st annual survey conducted by Brand Keys, a New York-based brand engagement and customer loyalty research consultancy (brandkeys). Ratings were based on a brand’s ability to meet customers’ expectations and do so better than its competition in the category in which it competes. In a marketplace where consumers’ expectations change quickly and brands struggle to create meaningful differentiation and engagement, those better able to identify customers’ expectations and address them via authentic emotional values will see tangible bottom-line results
