Busy schedules and daily field visits have forced the workforce to rely on the advanced communication tools. Connectivity problems at remote locations have increased the need of mobile applications. Furthermore, for call centers and other giant corporates, there is often a need to greet the callers in regional languages and offer them a personalized experience. Voicemail is one of the ideal solutions for this problem.
Voicemail basically refers to the ability of recording, storing and editing sent messages. Voicemail makes the phone system effective and powerful by allowing the communication to take place between the parties, even when they are not physically present on their desks.
Matrix, with an aim of improving communication ease for the mobile workforce and enable call centers to offer individualized experience to their callers, has launched VMS V7 (Voicemail Server, Version:7). Call Queuing, Updating Prompts in Six Different Languages and Configuring Date and Time Format for the Mailbox are some of the alluring features of VMS V7.
VMS V7 offers a bouquet of other features such as:
Storage Capacity: Storage capacity of voicemail box matters the most for individual who is constantly on move. Matrix, addresses this need of field officials, by offering recording capacity up to 2,170 hours. Furthermore, prompt response to any voicemail message is important for building a positive image for the call centers. Matrix latest voicemail server enables 64 people to access their mailboxes simultaneously, helping them improve the response rate.
Capacity to Create 128 Graphs: Facility to create 128 Auto-attendant menus allows the customers to reach the desired department by dialing just a string of numbers. This feature is mainly used at places where call centers of different companies operate under the same roof.

VMS V7 offers the flexibility of uploading the prompts in six different languages. With web based management, system engineer can easily change any of these six languages, upon user’s requirement.
