RICOH Selects Accel Frontline as Services Partner

The alliance will extend the reach of after-sales support across the country

Ricoh India appoints of Accel Frontline Service as its Strategic Warranty & Service Support Partner for Laser Printers. 

The alliance with Accel Frontline Services extends the reach of RICOH’s after-sales support across the country. Customers can contact Ricoh’s Centralized Tech Help Desk No.(1800 116600 /1800 103 0066.) for On-Site Warranty and service related support. A dedicated technical staff of Accel will provide doorstep repair & replacement services for in-warranty & out-warranty products. With 170+ On-Site Service Centers across the country, Accel Frontline has excellent control over logistics and technical know-how to service RICOH’s Printers customers.
