Xerox Provides Business Edge to SMEs

Unveils 20PPM Xerox Phaser 3010, Phaser 6000/6010 & WorkCentre 6505

Xerox India has unveiled a new range of entry level to mid segment A4 colour print devices in Bangalore. The devices are targeted to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) create professional-looking documents in house without busting budgets that deliver high-quality colour in a compact package. This new range of printers from Xerox comes in a small form factor and offering simplicity and dependability especially when office space is at a premium for individual users and small work teams.

This is where these new devices fit in; they help reduce costs with extended capacity cartridges, their small size and light weight makes them easy to ship, relocate and manage in a small workspace with the benefit to workforce working remotely. Additionally, these new colour products give SMBs an affordable and easy way to create the same impactful colour documents as larger enterprises.”

The 20PPM Xerox Phaser 3010 is a new monochrome printer to the current product portfolio establishing a new bottom end to the black and white A4 printer product line.  The Xerox Phaser 3040 is 20% faster at 24PPM and print speed compared to its earlier predecessor. The WorkCenter 3045 offers MFP functionality at the 24PPM speed and includes more robust connectivity and security features.

Xerox Phaser 6000 and Xerox Phaser 6010 colour printers prints speeds as fast as 10 and 12 pages per minute (ppm) for colour and 12 and 15 ppm for black and white. These are two of the smallest and lightest colour printers on the market, making it a great fit for space-constrained small and home offices. The plug-and-play setup and can handle a variety of custom media and sizes, from labels and card stock to envelopes.

The Xerox WorkCentre 6505 colour multifunction printer builds on the outstanding print performance found in the Xerox Phaser 6500, delivering a host of powerful productivity tools designed to make your daily office tasks more efficient than ever. These two help one meet today’s environmental challenges. It prints more and uses less.
