We have been associated with Xerox since 1999. Our journey with Xerox has been very enriching and fruitful over the years. Tricom Impress has been nominated for several grand slam events and qualified for Olympics event held in UK in the year 2012 as one of the ‘Top 4 performing partners from India’.

As a partner, how are you gearing up with managed print services? What kind of excitement do you see among your customers?
We believe that XPPS (Xerox Partner Print Services) will be a game changer in India as most of the big corporates are looking for qualitative services with effective price management. Due to its latest technological features like follow me print, mobile print etc., it will also prove beneficial for the OEMs having service presence across India.
We are looking at targeting minimum 10 big corporates per year in the aforementioned territory.
What steps are you taking to position yourself in managed print services market?
We are in the process of hiring 4 dedicated executives in order to target big corporates. We believe that Xerox will support us with its association with funding organizations which in turn would help us in positioning Xerox brands very effectively among the targeted customers.

Xerox is always known for coming up with innovative features like connect key, mobile print etc. that helps in efficient and effortless printing job works. These features are, in turn, making the lives of our customers easy. Xerox also offers world class service standards across country.
What is your strength in terms of market reach?
We have an employee strength of 60 catering to a customer base of more than 1000 spread across Hyderabad. More than 700 of our active accounts are either SMB, Big Corporates or state government sectors.
What is your turnover and growth percentage?
We have an overall turnover of Rs 5 crore and our growth percentage is more than 30% as compared to last year.
Can you give some important tips for your peer group aspiring to take up network security into their portfolio?
In the age of hacking world, Xerox has positioned all their products embedded with security features of MacAfee and Cisco thus making their products of world class quality and securing the interest of the customers to the highest secured level.
