Brings four decades of leadership to accelerate Vehere’s vision of building globally competitive, AI-powered cybersecurity solutions rooted in India.

Vehere, a pioneer in AI-powered Cyber Network Intelligence, has announced the appointment of Som Satsangi, former Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) India, to its Board of Directors.

With over four decades of experience in the technology sector, Som brings a wealth of leadership acumen and strategic insight to guide Vehere’s next phase of growth and innovation. His appointment reinforces Vehere’s commitment to advancing indigenous innovation, AI-driven cyber intelligence, and national resilience.

“Vehere’s mission to empower organizations with real-time cyber intelligence resonates deeply with my belief in technology as a force for national resilience and innovation.”

— Som Satsangi, Board Member, Vehere

During his tenure at HPE, Som played a defining role in driving customer success, scaling operations, and leading the company’s “Make in India” strategy—culminating in the establishment of one of HPE’s largest global campuses in India. He has also contributed to numerous leadership and policy forums, including AMCHAM India, NASSCOM, CII, USISPF, and the World Economic Forum’s South Asia Working Group, championing India’s digital and economic advancement.

“Som’s visionary leadership and commitment to national digital advancement will be invaluable as Vehere continues to scale its capabilities globally.”

— Praveen Jaiswal, Co-founder and COO, Vehere

Commenting on his new role, Som Satsangi said, “As India continues to champion the Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat movements, Vehere stands as a shining example of indigenous innovation driving global impact. I look forward to contributing to Vehere’s vision of strengthening India’s cybersecurity ecosystem and scaling its leadership worldwide.”

Praveen Jaiswal, Co-founder and COO of Vehere, added, “Som’s appointment marks a strategic milestone in our journey. His deep understanding of India’s enterprise landscape and his leadership vision align perfectly with Vehere’s mission to secure critical digital infrastructure and deliver AI-powered cyber defense solutions for enterprises and national security agencies alike.”

With this strategic addition, Vehere continues to solidify its role as a homegrown global force in AI-led cybersecurity innovation.
