Hitachi

A Modern Identity Reflecting Digital Transformation and Global Growth

Hitachi has announced a new brand design, marking its first major visual update in 25 years. Officially launching on April 1, 2025, the refreshed identity—centered around the concept of “True One Hitachi”—aligns with the company’s digital-first transformation and global strategy. The update includes a unified logo, a bespoke typeface (Hitachi Sans), enhanced colors, dynamic layouts, and 3D-inspired textures that embody the company’s engineering heritage and innovation.

Toshiaki Tokunaga, incoming President and CEO of Hitachi, Ltd., stated: “This new brand design symbolizes our commitment to unity, growth, and social innovation. By embracing transformation and a single brand identity, Hitachi will continue creating unique value while addressing global challenges through IT, OT, and product excellence.”
