New private cloud portfolio slashes VM costs by up to 90% and simplifies hybrid IT modernization
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has launched a next-generation private cloud portfolio, blending advanced virtualization software with disaggregated infrastructure to simplify hybrid IT for enterprises.
At the heart of the upgrade is the HPE Morpheus Software suite, including VM Essentials, which offers multi-hypervisor support, AI-driven automation, and up to 90% cost savings on virtualization licenses. Available as part of the HPE Private Cloud Business Edition, the platform also reduces total cost of ownership by 2.5X and provides faster app deployment across cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
“We’re redefining private cloud economics to help enterprises unlock innovation.” – Fidelma Russo, EVP & CTO, HPE.
“Enterprises are under pressure to modernize, cut virtualization costs, and manage complex hybrid environments,” said Fidelma Russo, EVP and CTO, HPE. “Our private cloud strategy delivers choice, simplicity, and cost-efficiency—helping businesses free up resources to invest in innovation.”
The hardware-agnostic Morpheus stack now supports Dell and NetApp environments and is integrated with HPE ProLiant Gen12 servers for energy and footprint savings.
With automation, security, and flexible VM architecture at its core, HPE’s latest offering positions it as a leader in redefining private cloud economics and scalability.
