Inspira Enterprise has appointed Lalith Sharma as its President & Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). With over 24 years of experience in the IT and BFSI sectors, Lalith brings a wealth of expertise in HR strategy, talent development, and workforce innovation.
Before joining Inspira Enterprise, Lalith Sharma spent 17+ years at Sify Technologies Ltd, where he played a key role in HR transformation and employee engagement as CHRO. His career also includes HR leadership roles at MetLife India Insurance and AMCO Batteries.
As the President & CHRO, Lalith will focus on:
- Driving HR strategies to align with business growth
- Enhancing talent acquisition and leadership hiring
- Implementing innovative training & development programs
- Strengthening employee engagement and diversity initiatives
- Leveraging technology for HR transformation and analytics
Based in Mumbai, India, he will report directly to Chetan Jain, Managing Director, Inspira Enterprise.
