Wipro Limited has secured a £500 million, 10-year strategic deal with Phoenix Group, the UK’s largest long-term savings and retirement business. This collaboration aims to modernize life and pension business administration for the ReAssure business while accelerating Phoenix Group’s operational transformation.

Under the deal, Wipro Financial Outsourcing Services Limited (WFOSL) will deliver comprehensive services, including policy administration, claims processing, customer service support, and regulatory compliance. Wipro will also modernize Phoenix Group’s ALPHA platform with AI, cloud, and automation technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experiences.
