In a significant move to strengthen India’s technical talent pipeline, Delta Electronics India, in collaboration with the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC), formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a Technical Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. The MoU exchange took place at the launch event of the Naan Mudhalvan Finishing School (NMFS) initiative, held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai, in the esteemed presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru M.K. Stalin, along with senior government officials and industry leaders.

This industry-academia collaboration is a key milestone in Delta’s long-term ESG and skill development vision, aimed at building an ecosystem of employable, skilled youth in Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions of India. The new CoE, located in Krishnagiri district, will offer advanced training in Electronics System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM), PLC programming, industrial automation, and robotics. The facility is equipped with Delta’s proprietary automation technology, smart classrooms, and a real-time simulation zone to ensure immersive learning.

This CoE is a direct reflection of Delta’s belief in inclusive progress—bringing education, industry, and innovation together. We’re grateful to TNSDC for their vision and look forward to supporting more such transformative projects in the future.”
