Strategic initiative aims to strengthen collaboration, co-sell momentum, and digital sales outcomes across the Microsoft partner ecosystem
The International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) India, in collaboration with Microsoft Vendor Digital Sales (VDS), has announced the successful launch of IAMCP Launchpad: Align, Accelerate and Amplify with Microsoft Vendor Digital Sales (VDS)—a structured initiative focused on driving partner enablement and ecosystem-led growth.
The virtual launch witnessed strong participation, with more than 150 Microsoft partners from across India joining the session. The initiative is the outcome of sustained discussions between IAMCP India and Microsoft VDS that began during the Partner Connect 2025 – Accelerating Together session, and has been shaped to deliver measurable business value through closer alignment, collaboration, and co-selling opportunities.
“IAMCP Launchpad is designed to help partners align faster, build stronger pipelines, and amplify growth by working more closely with Microsoft Vendor Digital Sales.”
— Neeraj Gargi, President, IAMCP India
The event opened with a welcome address by Debasish Pramanik, Secretary, IAMCP India, who highlighted the growing importance of structured partner ecosystems in an increasingly AI-driven market. Setting the broader context, Neeraj Gargi, President, IAMCP India, introduced IAMCP’s global footprint spanning over 40 countries and 100+ chapters worldwide. He reiterated the association’s four core pillars—partnering, advocacy, community, and education—and underscored the role of partner-to-partner collaboration, which contributes over USD 10 billion in business globally each year.
Microsoft’s perspective on scale and execution was shared by Ajitabh Dwivedi, along with Romil Rastogi and Sameer Sharma. They outlined how Microsoft Vendor Digital Sales (VDS) engages 125,000 SMB customers annually, generates 65,000 opportunities, and executes nearly 29,000 transactions, supported by AI and Copilot-driven capabilities. The VDS model delivers a 35% opportunity-to-revenue conversion rate and 17% pipeline growth, reinforcing its value for partners.
IAMCP Launchpad is built around three objectives: aligning IAMCP partners with VDS priorities, accelerating partner capabilities and pipelines through enablement and certifications, and amplifying co-sell growth via IAMCP’s community. Members gain access to BANT-qualified referrals, tele-calling as a service, certification vouchers, product enablement sessions, and technical demos.
Further strengthening partner support, Deepesh Belwal from Crayon announced additional enablement initiatives, including onboarding assistance, Azure Accelerate guidance, and incentive-driven programs for partner sellers.
The session concluded with an invitation for non-member partners to join IAMCP and participate in upcoming initiatives, including Illuminate 2026, IAMCP India’s flagship event, scheduled to be held in Bengaluru.
