Fresh leadership to strengthen partner collaboration, innovation, and growth across the Microsoft ecosystem in India
The International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) India has announced its newly elected board and office bearers for the 2025–26 term, signaling a renewed commitment to empowering Microsoft partners across the country. The diverse leadership team brings deep expertise in technology, business growth, and partner enablement, setting the stage for the next phase of IAMCP India’s journey.
The new board is led by Neeraj Gargi as President, with Vikas Garg as Vice President, Debasish Pramanik as Secretary, and Muthu Kumar as Joint Secretary. Nazmeen Ansari takes charge as Treasurer, supported by Mehul Shah as Joint Treasurer. Vishal Vasu, the outgoing President, will continue to support the board in his role as Past President. Board Members at Large include Muthu Kumar, Kabilan Dhanashekar, and Ashish Kamotra.
Neeraj Gargi, the newly elected President, emphasized IAMCP India’s mission to create stronger business value for members: “Our focus for the coming year is to accelerate collaboration, drive innovation, and deliver measurable value for our members. IAMCP India will serve as a catalyst for partner growth by aligning local opportunities with Microsoft’s global vision.”
The leadership outlined three key strategic priorities for 2025–26:
- Enhancing Membership Value through targeted programs that deliver tangible business growth.
- Boosting Engagement with regional events, networking forums, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Hosting Illuminate 2026, IAMCP India’s flagship national event in January 2026, showcasing partner success stories, innovation, and thought leadership.
As the world’s largest independent Microsoft partner community, IAMCP operates across more than 40 countries, providing partners with opportunities to connect, collaborate, and scale their businesses. In India, the new leadership aims to position IAMCP as a unifying force for partners, ensuring stronger integration with Microsoft’s priorities while addressing the unique needs of the Indian ecosystem.
With the 2025–26 board in place, IAMCP India is gearing up to strengthen its role as a growth catalyst, supporting partners in navigating the fast-evolving technology landscape and unlocking new opportunities.
