OpenText Cybersecurity has announced new findings from a Canalys study showing that managed service providers (MSPs) leveraging its SMB-focused solutions and Secure Cloud platform can achieve up to 6.7x return on investment for every dollar spent. The results were shared at CRN’s XChange 2025 in Denver, where OpenText highlighted how its partner-first strategy fuels long-term growth.

The OpenText Partner Ecosystem Multiplier (PEM) Study reveals that MSPs see the highest returns when they build lifecycle-driven services around OpenText’s portfolio. Significantly, over 75% of revenue opportunities occur after the initial sale, underscoring the importance of managed services, product integrations, and long-term customer support.

He also highlighted how OpenText’s collaboration with Microsoft accelerates recurring revenue for partners.
