Fintech SaaS startup plans to accelerate product innovation, AI roadmap, and enterprise expansion after strong revenue and retention growth
Bengaluru-based fintech SaaS startup Prosperr.io, which is building AI-powered tax management infrastructure for individuals and enterprises, has raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by Jungle Ventures. The round also saw participation from Yatra Angel Network, Sadev Ventures, and other strategic investors. With this infusion, Prosperr.io’s total capital raised stands at $5.55 million since its founding in 2022.
Founded by second-time entrepreneurs Manas Gond and Dev Kumar, Prosperr.io is addressing one of fintech’s most persistent challenges—simplifying tax compliance in an increasingly complex and fragmented financial environment. As individuals earn across multiple income streams and enterprises operate across jurisdictions, traditional tax systems have struggled to keep pace. Prosperr.io aims to solve this gap by embedding artificial intelligence directly into tax planning, compliance, and reimbursement workflows.
“We’re building Prosperr.io as the AI-powered financial operating system for working India,” says Manas Gond, CEO and Co-Founder, Prosperr.io.
For salaried individuals, the platform offers an always-on taxation system that adapts to users’ financial goals, proactively unlocking eligible deductions through a combination of automation and expert advisory support. On the enterprise side, Prosperr.io enables organisations to offer tax-saving employee allowances and manage reimbursements using AI-driven automation, helping employers improve compliance while supporting employee financial well-being.
The company has demonstrated strong business traction, achieving 3x year-on-year revenue growth and 5x growth since its last funding round. It currently reports 80% retention across its consumer base and 100% retention among enterprise clients. Recently, Prosperr.io expanded its enterprise suite with an AI-powered reimbursement solution to address the growing complexity of corporate tax operations.
Commenting on the investment, Manas Gond said the new funding will accelerate the company’s AI and product roadmap, enabling Prosperr.io to scale its platform and serve millions of users with smarter, more compliant financial solutions.
Jungle Ventures noted that Prosperr.io aligns with its thesis of backing experienced founders building foundational infrastructure. The investors highlighted the startup’s ability to create a new category of tax infrastructure by deeply integrating AI into core financial workflows.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen product development, expand B2B sales capabilities, and explore adjacent areas such as wealth management, as Prosperr.io continues to scale its AI-driven tax management platform across India.
