How is your business situation now?

As a society, we are going through a challenging time. The outbreak of COVID – 19 has brought the global economy to a standstill and has adversely impacted the business environment.

We are trying our best to ensure business continuity for all our customers. We have enabled most of our employees to work from home and are working closely with each customer to ensure safe access to enterprise systems and data so that all projects and support engagements can run seamlessly.

What are you hearing from your customers?

Customers are now focusing on “Digital transformation” to enable the creation of a robust operational framework, ensure business continuity and enable uninterrupted productivity through measures like “Work from Home”. Collaboration tools and cloud native enterprise applications are in high demand. Customers are more interested than ever before in moving their ERP, CRM, HCM and other critical enterprise applications etc. to the Cloud.

What is your experience of Implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud?

Clover Infotech is among the very few companies in India to have implemented Oracle Financials Cloud for ourselves and for our customers. Hence, we are updated of the latest developments in Oracle Financials Cloud and are very well-positioned to cater to all implementation and support requirements across sectors and geographies.

Clover Infotech’s finance and accounts team has seamlessly managed the financial function amidst the challenges posed by COVID-19. While operating in “Work from Home” (WFH) mode, the Clover Infotech team has ensured that everything from employee salaries, to vendor payments and receivables, etc. have been managed efficiently. The head of our financial operations has conveyed to us that implementing Oracle Financials Cloud for ourselves has helped to ensure business continuity during COVID-19. Many organizations which have been using legacy on-premise applications to manage their financials have been severely impacted. Based on our experience, we believe it is advisable to move to Oracle Financials Cloud and enjoy not only uninterrupted business but also strategic insights in real-time to manage the organization’s financial health better.

A severe customer escalation or issue has not occurred during the pandemic.

What according to you, your customers should do to maximize their productivity?

Every business is unique, and this question can be answered specific to a business. However, we believe technology is the backbone for most of the enterprises in the digital era. Hence, customers should focus on digital transformation. A technology modernization exercise can help. Applications that are functionally relevant and technically capable can be considered for migration to the Cloud. All critical functions need round-the-clock availability hence Cloud enablement is vital.
