There has been a significant uptick in the demand for Collaboration Technology Solutions triggered by massive digital adoption due to the Pandemic. How has your company been leveraging this hike in demand?  

During the pandemic Shivaami has helped around 1500 clients to move successfully to Cloud Solution by providing them effective planning for migration, making the platform cost-efficient and ensuring that the clients were able to work remotely.

What key mega trends do you foresee in the Collaboration Technology Solutions market?

The key mega trends that would be foreseen in the collaboration technology solution market include:

  • Collaboration tools would continue to grow as a result of hybrid workspaces:

Employee collaboration is very important for any organization. Recently in a research conducted by Gartner, it was found that 71% of HR leaders are more concerned about employee collaboration this year than they were before the COVID-19 pandemic. Collaborative technology solutions help companies communicate, assign tasks and discuss projects and share information within the organization. These tools make hybrid mode of work easy and stress-free.

  • Immersive technologies will continue to shape workplace collaboration:

As a cloud solution company, we have planned major investments in terms of channel expansions and also in product development in India and aboard. We have plans of expanding our business in the US and UK.
