FourPL Partners with Radaro to Disrupt the Last Mile Delivery Space

FourPL, a leading Australian IT consulting company specialising in supply chain and procurement, has announced a strategic partnership with Radaro, an Australian SaaS technology company, focused on enabling brands to own and control their last mile.

The partnership will enable customers to bring transparency and visibility to cross-industry supply chain’s, facilitating real-time information from execution networks (owned and contracted) and actionable data for administration and operational teams.  Brands and delivery networks will now be able to standardise digital day-of-delivery customer engagement, generating performance measurement analytics and direct voice of customer (VoC) sentiment.

“FourPL have recently launched our Supply Chain Visibility Service Line, brought about as a result of significant changes in the industry and customer expectations. Radaro were identified as a key technology partner as they enable our customers to nail the service delivery and retail-to-consumer know-how.” says FourPL’s CEO, Brett Findlay. “With Radaro, consumers can now own, brand and dictate their delivery experience.”

Radaro’s MD, Brenton Gill said “we watched the way Uber completely disrupted the world through customer experience and supplier control and recognised that every corporate would want to do the same within their own space, they just didn’t have the tech to execute. The data our technology generates is revolutionary. It is so much more than live tracking. We generate visibility and learnings from the field that clients leverage to improve their business and delivery processes.”
