The Delhi based IT & Computer Related Product Distribution and Value Added System Integration Enterprise, Iris Global Services has consolidated its entire workforce following the opening of their new swanky, state of the art headquarters, at a not to be missed – all glass façade building, named as the “Iris Global Tower” with the primary objective of improving work culture along with accelerating efficiency, said the Chairman of Iris Global, Sanjiv Krishen.
Speaking to newsmen here today, Mr. Krishen revealed that with better monitoring, their Manpower efficiency has already shown remarkable improvement and reflected in the company’s overall performance.
The most significant factor was when many private companies across all sectors were busy surrendering their rented space after the lockdown, Iris Global was expanding. Mr. Krishen revealed that they have enhanced their area under rental space resulting in the additional cost of over a whooping Rs 1 Crore.
The company has its tentacles spread over 27 locations across India for speedy delivery of products at the end points.
Mr. Krishen further disclosed that till date they have as many as 4,987 partners and many more are in the pipeline.
They have also completed 760 projects, across the country.
Iris Global, is having over 15 leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as their permanent valued principals and have already bagged as many as 127 coveted awards and in the near recent have been conferred with the Prestigious DT Digital Terminal 2020 Award as “The Most Preferred National Distributor” based on its performance and innovative measures while executing and helping partners and customers through their difficult business deals, Mr. Krishen added.
The company commands a work force of 250 personnel of which 150 staff are stationed in Delhi, he revealed. Iris Global, has been a distributor of choice for partners, delivering with their invincible personalized services. With this move they are eyeing to further improve their response time.
Managing their staff at one point has also enabled the company in providing amenities with the object of further enhancing efficiency and improving work culture, he added.
With orders and business pouring in, the company’s move to the new infrastructure would further help partners and customers. They now find it easier to visit Iris Global since the new premises is more easily accessible with ample parking and in today’s context – getting such space in Delhi will automatically work positively for any business.
