Existing channel program and Innovations

In the last 2 years, our team has been very busy. To start with, we built a successful partner program with Polycom. This program is very unique in terms of the value we create by recognizing and rewarding our partners’ success. Then we were acquired by Plantronics, which itself introduced a new partner program around the same time. Plantronics and Polycom came together as Poly.  With Poly, we are now reimagining and building an exciting new program which is unique in its own right, recognizing and rewarding our valued partners for selling across our comprehensive portfolio of Video, Voice, Enterprise Headsets and Services, as well as for putting the right emphasis on training and commitment to Poly. We are planning to introduce the new Poly Partner Program in the next few weeks.


At Poly, I’ve ensured that we work closely with our partner ecosystem so that they have the latest knowledge on our very comprehensive portfolio of collaboration solutions. We have done this through consistent Partner enablement and field engagement activities with our partners. We have focused on balancing both the depth and breadth of our channel. We are fortunate to have a strong partner ecosystem comprising of Value added Distributors, Platinum, Gold and Silver resellers, and resellers across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities.
